- 8 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 tablet of dark chocolate
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- Melt the chocolate and the butter in bain-marie
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.Beat the yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish cream
- Add the yolks to the chocolate.
- Beat the egg whites until you obtain a meringue mix, and then with a spoon slowly add the egg yolks.
- Place the mousse in the refrigerator. And… voilà!
